Welcome to Limo SF! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • Company: Refers to Limo SF, its employees, agents, and representatives.
  • Client/Customer: Refers to any individual, organization, or entity that uses our services.
  • Service: Refers to the transportation services provided by Limo SF.

2. Booking and Reservation

  • Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of all necessary details, including payment information.
  • Accuracy of Information: The client must provide accurate information when booking. Any changes to pickup or drop-off locations, times, or additional stops may incur extra charges.
  • Advance Reservations: We recommend booking services in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

3. Payments and Fees

  • Pricing: All pricing is provided at the time of booking and is subject to change based on additional requests, waiting time, or itinerary changes.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, cash, and corporate billing accounts (with prior approval).
  • Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services, including special events or long-distance trips.
  • Gratuity: Gratuities for chauffeurs are not included in the base fare unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Standard Services: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
  • Special Events and Peak Times: Cancellations during high-demand periods require at least 72 hours notice for a refund.
  • No-Shows: If the client fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Modifications: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: The client must be ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time. Delays beyond the allocated waiting period may incur extra charges.
  • Behavior: Clients and passengers must behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Limo SF reserves the right to terminate the service if passengers exhibit unruly or unsafe behavior.
  • Damages: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests during the service. Repair costs will be charged accordingly.

6. Chauffeur Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: Chauffeurs will arrive on time at the designated pickup location. In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic delays), the client will be notified promptly.
  • Safety and Professionalism: Chauffeurs will ensure a safe, smooth, and professional experience for all passengers.
  • Compliance: Chauffeurs will adhere to all traffic regulations and maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.

7. Vehicle Usage and Policies

  • Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers of legal drinking age, provided it complies with local laws.
  • Luggage and Personal Items: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Limo SF is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
  • Child Safety Seats: Clients must request child safety seats in advance, specifying the age and weight of the child.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Delays: While we strive to provide timely service, Limo SF is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
  • Third-Party Actions: Limo SF is not responsible for actions or delays caused by third-party vendors, events, or other external factors.
  • Maximum Liability: In all cases, Limo SF’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco, CA.

Limo SF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
